Terms of Service

GiftCardsMall Balance lets a person who holds a GiftCardsMall Balance, LLC gift card check the remaining balance and recent activity on that card. The Service is informational; it is not a payment processor, a bank, or a place where you can spend funds.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to enter into a binding agreement under these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

• Keep your card number, expiration, and CVV confidential. Anyone with all three can look up the balance.
• Do not attempt to enumerate card numbers, scrape the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit only your own card information. Do not submit a card you don’t lawfully hold.

Gift cards remain subject to the terms printed on them and any program rules supplied at the time of purchase. Funds may be subject to expiration, dormancy fees, or other limitations as permitted by law. The Service displays the balance recorded in our systems and may not reflect transactions that have not yet been settled.

The name GiftCardsMall Balance, the logo, the page layout, and the underlying code are owned by GiftCardsMall Balance, LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission. Other names referenced on this site (including “Blackhawk Network” and “GiftCardMall.com”) belong to their respective owners.

GiftCardsMall Balance, LLC is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blackhawk Network, Inc., GiftCardMall.com, or any other gift-card brand. References to those brands are for clarity only.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every conceivable threat. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftCardsMall Balance, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

We may suspend or limit access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or who appears to be abusing the system.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page and on the home page for a reasonable period. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
