Questions people actually ask

Do I need to make an account?
No. The whole point of this page is that you don’t. Type in your card, see your balance, close the tab. We don’t even ask for an email.
Where do I find the CVV?
It’s the three-digit code on the back of the card, usually printed in the signature strip area. On some cards it’s four digits — we accept both.
Why do you need all three fields?
Card number alone would let anyone with the number peek at your balance. Adding the expiry and CVV proves you have the actual card in your hand.
My card says it’s “expired” but I never used it.
Some cards have an issue-by-date even if the funds don’t expire. Drop us a line at support@giftcardsmall.com and we’ll sort it out.
Is this the same as that other gift-card site?
Nope. GiftCardsMall Balance is its own thing, run by the GiftCardsMall team. It’s not affiliated with Blackhawk Network or anyone else.
